Our Responsibilities

We keep your pool water healthy and treat any algae. Algae Free Guarantee.
We brush your pool (tiles, steps, walls).
We verify your automatic pool cleaner operation.
We clean your pool sweep wall screen.
We vacuum your pool.
We clean your automatic pool cleaner (bag / filter).
We check your pool equipment.
We empty your pool skimmer and pump baskets.
We net your pool.
We test your pool water and apply the correct minerals and chemicals to keep your water in optimum condition.
We help you monitor your pool operations by reporting any observations of pool issues.
We backwash your filter on regular basis.

Your Responsibilities

Keep the pool equipment operating and approve repairs when required.
Maintain proper water level.
Report any detection of swimming pool issues.

Notes

Stabilizer treatments quarterly.
Monthly service fee based on a four week billing period.
There might be additional startup charges for initial cleaning & treatment.
Premium Pool Cleaning Equipment and Chemicals

From late Fall to Spring of each year we offer twice a month pool cleaning for Orlando residents.


Quarterly Stabilizer Treatments

Regular filter cleanings and stabilizer boosts are necessary for most swimming pools in Florida. A few times per year our company needs to remove phosphates, perform a filter cleaning with acid and boost the stabilizer. A stabilizer treatment and filter cleanings cost $49 each quarter for those on a weekly plan.
